Supervise front desk operations, coach and support staff, greet guests, manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries. Resolve concerns, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, maintain an organized front desk, and ensure smooth shifts and positive guest experiences. The role requires flexible availability, basic hotel software skills, and the ability to remain active while handling occasional lifting and physical tasks.

Leads hotel maintenance operations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, fire safety, and general building systems. Performs hands-on repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and recordkeeping; supervises and trains maintenance staff; coordinates with hotel leadership; manages vendors, service calls, inspections, and code compliance. Requires on-call, weekend, holiday, and emergency availability, physical mobility, dependable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites.
