Lead and support the front desk team to deliver warm, efficient guest service. Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest issue resolution. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, ensure smooth shift operations, and maintain a clean, organized front desk. Provide hands-on support during busy periods and coach staff to improve service.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems; operate building systems; perform preventive maintenance; respond to service requests and emergencies; assist with projects and renovations; maintain safety and cleanliness.

Lead and perform hotel maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and safety systems. Supervise maintenance staff, run preventive inspections, coordinate vendors, ensure compliance, handle on-call emergencies, and support guest-facing operations.
