Clean and refresh guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, replace linens, stock amenities, report maintenance/lost items, meet daily quotas, ensure guest safety and follow health protocols.

Lead and perform hotel maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and safety systems. Supervise maintenance staff, run preventive inspections, coordinate vendors, ensure compliance, handle on-call emergencies, and support guest-facing operations.

Lead and manage front desk team to deliver excellent guest experiences. Oversee check-ins/check-outs, reservations, room assignments, escalated guest issues, scheduling, performance reviews, and cross-department collaboration to maintain high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
