Diagnoses, repairs, documents, and tracks technical issues through resolution; administers Active Directory and related systems; performs imaging, backups, asset inventory, upgrades, and equipment moves. Supports IT infrastructure projects, trains users, coordinates procurement, and provides scheduled onsite and on-call coverage.

Own enterprise sales growth for cybersecurity and technology services across the UAE. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, direct and channel-led selling, executive stakeholder engagement, procurement and tender navigation, solution shaping, forecasting, commercial negotiation, and contract handover. The role sells managed security, cloud, network, identity, data protection, and technology services while developing strategic accounts, partners, renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and multi-year contracts.

Conducts enterprise security consulting, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, red team engagements, audits, and technical reporting. Advises clients and internal teams on mitigating security flaws and implementing security controls. Manages multiple projects and stakeholders while communicating complex technical issues to business and engineering audiences. Requires client-facing consulting experience, strong security assessment knowledge, scripting ability, network and operating-system expertise, and CREST certification.

Provide onsite deskside and near-desk support for end-user devices, meeting room AV, network-attached equipment, mobile devices, and collaboration systems. Handle incidents and service requests, perform device health checks, manage user accounts and assets, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and endpoint security issues, and deliver VIP support while meeting SLAs.
