Provides onsite first-line desktop and infrastructure support for computers, applications, printers, handheld devices, and LAN connections. Diagnoses, repairs, documents, and tracks technical issues through resolution; administers Active Directory and related systems; performs imaging, backups, asset inventory, upgrades, and equipment moves. Supports IT infrastructure projects, trains users, coordinates procurement, and provides scheduled onsite and on-call coverage.

Own enterprise sales growth for cybersecurity and technology services across the UAE. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, direct and channel-led selling, executive stakeholder engagement, procurement and tender navigation, solution shaping, forecasting, commercial negotiation, and contract handover. The role sells managed security, cloud, network, identity, data protection, and technology services while developing strategic accounts, partners, renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and multi-year contracts.

Conduct enterprise security assessments, vulnerability analyses, penetration tests, and red-team engagements for internal and client environments. Produce technical reports, advise stakeholders on mitigating security flaws, and implement security mechanisms. Collaborate with clients and security teams, manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and communicate complex technical issues to executive, business, and technical audiences.
