Supports global HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, recruitment coordination, employee queries, payroll, benefits, leave administration, reporting, compliance, policies, inbox management, and HR projects. The role serves employees and managers across multiple countries and requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and administrative skills.

Provides on-site desktop and deskside support in Lysaker, handling incidents, service requests, end-user devices, mobile devices, printers, meeting rooms, and network-attached equipment. Performs device health checks, troubleshooting, installations, and customer support while meeting service-level agreements. Requires Windows desktop support experience, Active Directory, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, mobile device management, encryption, ticketing systems, and strong communication skills.

Provides onsite desktop and deskside support for end users, including incident and service request handling, workstation and mobile device troubleshooting, meeting room support, network-attached peripherals, daily device health checks, and SLA-focused customer service. Requires Windows desktop support experience and proficiency with Active Directory, Office 365, hardware installation, antivirus, ticketing systems, mobile device management, and encryption solutions.
