Teams at A+ Federal Credit Union

Provides customer service to credit union members by answering account and product questions, processing transactions, operating a cash drawer, identifying financial needs, recommending solutions, supporting sales and loan goals, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in community events. Requires attendance at the corresponding high school, reliable transportation, flexible branch and Saturday availability, summer training, and enrollment as a junior or senior aged at least 16.

Performs risk-based lending compliance monitoring, testing, HMDA data-integrity reviews, regulatory reporting validation, and root-cause analysis. Documents findings, tracks corrective actions, supports audits and examinations, assesses lending risks, and advises business units on regulatory changes, policies, disclosures, and controls. Maintains knowledge of lending regulations including HMDA, ECOA, RESPA, TILA, FCRA, fair lending, and UDAAP requirements. Develops procedures, workpapers, dashboards, and management reports while maintaining second-line independence and confidentiality.
