Lead and oversee all actuarial functions including pricing and product development for annuity and life products, liability and reserve management (Stat & GAAP), financial projections, assumption governance, vendor/consultant oversight, regulatory and rating agency filings, and cross-functional communication. Serve as primary actuarial liaison to external appointed actuary, regulators, and rating agencies while contributing hands-on to technical processes as needed.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end general ledger reconciliations and journal entries for multiple insurance entities; assist with month/quarter/year-end close and annual statutory filings; research technical accounting issues; resolve bank items and positive pay exceptions; collaborate with Finance and other departments on outstanding items and ad-hoc tasks.

Manage liquidity, cash management, and banking relationships; capture and settle trades; perform daily cash/position reconciliations; coordinate wire execution; maintain AP/AR cash positioning; build cash flow forecasts; ensure compliance with treasury policies and insurance regulations; support system enhancements and automation.

Build and maintain ETL pipelines, SQL queries, and data quality controls; investigate data anomalies; collaborate with Accounting, Actuarial, and Technology; support reporting and process automation to improve financial and regulatory workflows.

Lead pricing and product development for fixed annuities and life products; perform capital planning, forecasting, reinsurance and profitability analyses; support valuation, cash flow testing, reporting, and actuarial projects across subsidiaries while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
