Provide onsite IT support for the Miami office: manage M365 and PowerShell tasks, coordinate with MSPs, maintain infrastructure (network, hardware, A/V), handle onboarding/offboarding and access reviews, support SOC 2 audits and compliance, maintain IT documentation, and troubleshoot end-user issues.

Design, ingest, validate, and manage complex financial and annuity data from external partners. Build and maintain ETL pipelines, SQL queries, and data quality controls; investigate data anomalies; collaborate with Accounting, Actuarial, and Technology; support reporting and process automation to improve financial and regulatory workflows.

Lead pricing and product development for fixed annuities and life products; perform capital planning, forecasting, reinsurance and profitability analyses; support valuation, cash flow testing, reporting, and actuarial projects across subsidiaries while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
