Support engineering team with design, analysis, modeling, and documentation of structural building components (trusses, wall panels, roof systems). Assist with truss drawing coordination, code research, RFIs, and prepare reports while learning industry standards. Participate in site visits and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders under close supervision.

Join a production training program to learn truss and framing assembly. Tasks include lifting and positioning lumber, aligning materials in jigs, placing metal plates, operating presses and machinery, inspecting quality, bundling and labeling trusses, and performing assigned production duties in an outdoor manufacturing environment.

Sell and service manufactured roof and floor trusses, pre-cut framing systems, and related building products to builders and framers. Build and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, conduct presentations and bids, meet sales quotas, coordinate with internal teams, troubleshoot field issues, and travel across the assigned territory.

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance; oversee general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, monthly/annual close, internal controls, treasury, tax, audit, and banking. Partner with the CFO and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, M&A and financing support. Lead and develop the accounting team and collaborate with operations to improve financial and operational metrics.

Outside senior sales role managing and growing commercial accounts across a multi-state territory. Build relationships, execute account plans, pursue new business, present sales progress, represent company at client meetings and industry events, and deliver consistent revenue growth tied to measurable targets.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis, billing and payment resolution, inventory and fixed asset accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, and audit coordination while ensuring GAAP and cost accounting compliance.

Prepare truss layouts and shop drawings from architectural and structural plans, ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements, optimize designs for efficiency and profitability, assist bidding/estimating, mentor junior designers, meet with customers, and update internal procedures and documentation as needed.

Duties include lifting/positioning lumber, aligning materials in jigs, placing and adjusting metal plates, operating roller presses, inspecting quality, labeling and bundling trusses, and performing other assigned production tasks in an outdoor manufacturing environment.
