Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis, billing and payment resolution, inventory and fixed asset accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, and audit coordination while ensuring GAAP and cost accounting compliance.

Lead and manage the Design Department, overseeing personnel, resource planning, workflow, quality assurance, customer support, and technical development. Monitor metrics, optimize processes, mentor designers and managers, coordinate cross-functionally, oversee design software and documentation, and perform design work as needed to meet production schedules and customer commitments.

Join a 2-week Production Training Program to learn hands-on assembly of roof and floor trusses and EZWALL framing. Duties include lifting/positioning lumber, aligning materials in jigs, placing and adjusting metal plates, operating roller presses, inspecting quality, labeling and bundling trusses, and performing other assigned production tasks in an outdoor manufacturing environment.
