Join a production training program to learn truss and framing assembly. Tasks include lifting and positioning lumber, aligning materials in jigs, placing metal plates, operating presses and machinery, inspecting quality, bundling and labeling trusses, and performing assigned production duties in an outdoor manufacturing environment.

Coordinate and deliver production training, certify employees, develop curricula, maintain training records, perform quality inspections and audits across manufacturing processes, identify defects and non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, prepare quality reports, ensure regulatory and SBCA compliance, and coordinate consistency across plant locations.

Lead and manage the Design Department, overseeing personnel, resource planning, workflow, quality assurance, customer support, and technical development. Monitor metrics, optimize processes, mentor designers and managers, coordinate cross-functionally, oversee design software and documentation, and perform design work as needed to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
