Ensures accurate student data entry, transfers, and compliance reporting across internal, external, state, and district systems. Coordinates reporting calendars and collaborates with staff and agencies to resolve errors and meet HR, special education, course, and student reporting requirements. Helps refine data policies and procedures while maintaining detailed records and effective communication.

Provide school-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, IEP and 504 participation, progress monitoring, and MTSS collaboration. Conduct evaluations, write reports, recommend interventions, attend IEP meetings, coach teachers, and support district compliance with special education timelines and procedures.
