Supports eCommerce and warehouse operations by maintaining product listings, updating descriptions, images, and pricing, monitoring inventory, processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and reviewing product content for accuracy and brand compliance. The role also analyzes basic sales data and customer feedback, supports online storefront improvements, and collaborates with marketing, customer support, and other teams to improve the shopping experience.

Supports accounts receivable and accounting activities, including reconciling store sales reports, customer statements, credit card payments, and invoices. Handles payment discrepancies, credit card disputes, collections reminders, customer inquiries, and month-end closing tasks. Assists with automation and process improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate records and timely communication with internal departments and customers.

Participate in a 12–18 month retail leadership development program with rotations through store operations, headquarters, logistics, merchandising, and marketing. Trainees learn company procedures, inventory control, merchandising, promotional execution, scheduling, supervision, coaching, and performance management. The role supports daily store operations, product quality, safety, compliance, and team development, with progression opportunities toward supervisor, department manager, assistant store manager, or store manager positions.

Leads a distribution center team of at least 70 employees and manages inventory, receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, logistics, safety, quality, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
