Processes accurate, timely payroll; reviews timesheets and personnel records; tracks attendance and leave balances; prepares paychecks and earnings statements; maintains confidential payroll files; and supports payroll compliance. The role collaborates with management, resolves discrepancies, assists internal stakeholders, and meets payroll deadlines while using payroll and timekeeping systems.

Leads a distribution center team of at least 70 employees and manages inventory, receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, logistics, safety, quality, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with suppliers, carriers, procurement, sales, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure accurate and cost-effective product distribution. Establishes procedures, monitors KPIs, develops employees, maintains compliance, and implements operational efficiencies.

Manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, consolidated financial statements, capital expenditure analysis, and financial modeling. Analyzes sales, margin, and expense trends, produces actionable reports, maintains financial controls, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and process improvements.
