Manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, consolidated financial statements, capital expenditure analysis, and financial modeling. Analyzes sales, margin, and expense trends, produces actionable reports, maintains financial controls, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and process improvements.

Supervise daily seafood department operations, including product preparation, ordering, receiving, inventory control, displays, stocking, customer service, sales performance, employee scheduling and training. Ensure food safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, compliance, loss prevention, promotions, and accurate reporting. The role supports a management training program with potential advancement to Seafood Department Manager within approximately 6–8 months.

Supports HR operations across distribution centers and East Coast retail stores. Responsibilities include hourly and management recruiting, onboarding, employee status changes, employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, engagement and retention initiatives, compliance audits, safety training, workforce planning, store visits, and HR support for openings, remodels, and staffing transitions.
