Provide application and product support for commercial building automation systems. Troubleshoot controllers, HVAC sequences, and communication protocols; develop optimized air and water system sequences; support remote startup and commissioning for North American projects; and build Niagara API workflows using real-time data. Serve as a technical expert for internal teams and customers while investigating issues, recommending solutions, and maintaining technical proficiency.

Analyze HVAC energy data to drive client energy savings and efficiency targets. Responsibilities include energy audits, monitoring client sites, developing dashboards and reports, identifying efficiency improvements, building retention models, supporting installations and commissioning, resolving technical issues, and providing actionable analytical recommendations. The role requires strong energy-domain knowledge, large-dataset analysis, statistical and visualization methods, client communication, and working knowledge of BMS and energy calculations.

Develop and maintain 75F's Android gateway applications for smart buildings, collaborating with cloud and firmware teams. Design, implement, test, and deliver features, ensure secure coding and quality (CI/automation/BDD/TDD), troubleshoot field issues, write documentation, and work in an international agile environment.
