Responsible for selling 75F building automation and energy efficiency solutions to enterprise and channel customers. Duties include networking with clients, builders, contractors, architects, and consultants; delivering presentations and product demonstrations; preparing sales reports and forecasts; matching solutions to customer requirements; expanding strategic accounts; and supporting site surveys, audits, and project proposals. Requires extensive HVAC, building controls, and energy management sales experience across channel and enterprise models.

Leads product marketing for IoT-based building automation and energy-efficiency solutions. Responsibilities include developing product content, messaging, campaigns, storytelling, sales enablement materials, budgets, and customer communications. The role gathers customer and competitive insights, conducts win-loss analysis, supports pricing and positioning, educates internal teams, manages vendors, and aligns product marketing across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. Strong HVAC controls, BMS, cloud, analytical, communication, and collaboration expertise is required.

Provide application and product support for commercial building automation systems. Troubleshoot controllers, HVAC sequences, and communication protocols; develop optimized air and water system sequences; support remote startup and commissioning for North American projects; and build Niagara API workflows using real-time data. Serve as a technical expert for internal teams and customers while investigating issues, recommending solutions, and maintaining technical proficiency.

Develop and maintain 75F's Android gateway applications for smart buildings, collaborating with cloud and firmware teams. Design, implement, test, and deliver features, ensure secure coding and quality (CI/automation/BDD/TDD), troubleshoot field issues, write documentation, and work in an international agile environment.
