Own post-signature customer accounts end-to-end: drive implementation to production, track health with data, remove blockers, run workshops, and lead expansion. Build playbooks, feed product/engineering insights, represent the company at events, and use AI tools to automate account work.

Embed with logistics teams, map operational workflows, and deliver end-to-end deployments. Build full-stack integrations (Python/FastAPI, front-end, SQL, REST) and production LLM/agent workflows. Own onboarding, tune AI prompts and evals, integrate with enterprise systems (TMS, ERP, EDI, SFTP, telephony), and feed learnings back into product.

Build and own the core AI Worker platform: design and implement reliable, long-running agent workflows and integrations, ensure production reliability (tracing, evaluations, retries, guardrails), turn deployment patterns into product features, and help shape engineering standards and hiring as the company scales. Heavy hands-on coding and close collaboration with founders and customers.

Lead outbound prospecting into enterprise logistics accounts, research targets, run multichannel outreach, qualify operational pain, book high-quality meetings for founders, maintain CRM hygiene, test messaging, and feed market insights back to product and commercial teams. On-site in Munich.

First dedicated commercial hire to build a repeatable GTM for an AI product selling to freight forwarders. Run full-cycle deals, own quota, build outbound/SDR motion and playbook, represent the company at industry events, and close loop with product to shape roadmap and upsell paths.

Build end-to-end AI-powered logistics features across a Python (FastAPI) backend and front-end interfaces; design multi-step AI workflows using LLM APIs and agent architectures; implement evaluation tooling; contribute to infrastructure, CI/CD, system reliability, and product direction with the founding team.

Work directly with the founders on high-priority, cross-functional projects across commercial, product, operations, hiring, and strategy. Convert ambiguous problems into structured analysis, recommendations, and execution; drive customer/partner conversations; improve processes and reporting; support recruiting and commercial activities; and use AI and spreadsheets to research, analyze, and execute rapidly.
