Work directly with the founders on high-priority, cross-functional projects across commercial, product, operations, hiring, and strategy. Convert ambiguous problems into structured analysis, recommendations, and execution; drive customer/partner conversations; improve processes and reporting; support recruiting and commercial activities; and use AI and spreadsheets to research, analyze, and execute rapidly. In-person in Munich.

Own post-signature customer accounts end-to-end: drive implementation to production, track health with data, remove blockers, run workshops, and lead expansion. Build playbooks, feed product/engineering insights, represent the company at events, and use AI tools to automate account work.

Build and own the core AI Worker platform: design and implement reliable, long-running agent workflows and integrations, ensure production reliability (tracing, evaluations, retries, guardrails), turn deployment patterns into product features, and help shape engineering standards and hiring as the company scales. Heavy hands-on coding and close collaboration with founders and customers.
