Develops and delivers technical training programs for employees and clients using Manhattan Associates supply chain software. Builds a Manhattan Active Learning Center, supports staffing with trained and certified employees, collaborates with OCM, business, engineering, and client teams, and markets Learning Center services. The role requires expertise in Manhattan applications, supply chain operations, organizational change impacts, technical instruction, coaching, and implementation support.

The role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Manhattan Active TM system to enhance transportation operations. Responsibilities include translating business needs, troubleshooting, maintaining system performance, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
