Provides person-centered mental health recovery services, including assessments, care planning, case management, skills training, recovery coaching, documentation, treatment-team participation, and family support. Works with clients experiencing behavioral health challenges and serious persistent mental illness in home, school, and community settings. Maintains caseload metrics, communicates with referral agencies, completes supervision and continuing education, and may provide mobile crisis or on-call services. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Delivers services in homes, schools, group homes, and community settings; supports independence and natural support systems; participates in treatment teams, supervision, continuing education, and potentially mobile crisis or on-call services.

Manages psychiatric crisis stabilization nursing operations, including staff supervision, patient care, scheduling, compliance, medication management, training, safety, budgeting, vendor coordination, and policy development. Ensures nursing staff competency, regulatory compliance, adequate staffing, and collaborative care across clinical and agency departments. Requires an active Indiana RN license and three years of psychiatric RN experience.

Supervised practicum/internship providing mental health and substance use treatment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering or observing individual/group/family therapy, documenting client progress, participating in treatment teams and crisis interventions, attending regular supervision, and meeting academic practicum hour and documentation requirements.

Semester-long practicum/internship pairing students with staff to shadow school-based, community-based, and DCS specialty trainers. Gain exposure to evidence-based curricula, individual and group skills training, care coordination, team meetings, and field learning. Students completing the semester are guaranteed a job interview upon degree completion.
