Supervised practicum/internship providing mental health and substance use treatment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering or observing individual/group/family therapy, documenting client progress, participating in treatment teams and crisis interventions, attending regular supervision, and meeting academic practicum hour and documentation requirements.

Provide person-centered mental health recovery services including assessments, care planning, case management, skills training, recovery coaching in home/community settings, documentation, coordination with internal/external treatment teams, monthly progress reporting, and participation in supervision and continuing education. May transport clients and work evenings/weekends; mobile crisis/on-call participation possible.
