Provides person-centered mental health recovery services for clients with emotional, behavioral, and serious persistent mental illness. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, case management, skills training, recovery coaching, therapeutic interventions, progress documentation, treatment-team coordination, family support, and community-based services. The role may include client transportation, evening or weekend work, clinical supervision, and mobile crisis or on-call participation after meeting qualifications.

Designs and delivers clinical training across a community behavioral health organization, supervises staff and graduate interns, coordinates intern placements, supports evidence-based practice fidelity, reviews clinical documentation and treatment plans, and partners with leadership, Quality, Compliance, HR, and academic institutions. The role also supports regulatory compliance, workforce development, remediation, clinical policies, and emergency services coverage.

Coordinates and conducts internal audits and supports external audits for a community behavioral health center. Reviews clinical documentation and compliance with state, federal, and Medicaid requirements; develops audit tools, tracks corrective actions, coordinates EHR process amendments, investigates client complaints, supports quality improvement, and trains associates. Requires independent judgment, confidentiality, organization, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
