Projects cumulatively exceed $8 million annually.

Supports commercial construction projects from inception through completion by coordinating submittals, contracts, scopes, procurement, schedules, budgets, documentation, closeout materials, and warranty requirements. The role coordinates with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors; tracks project costs and progress in Procore; reviews drawings and specifications; and supports quality and safety compliance.
