The Workforce Management Team Manager leads Customer Operations teams, focusing on workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and communications to enhance operational efficiency and meet performance targets.

Lead and execute IT audits, assess IT risk and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PIPEDA), advise business and IT on controls, develop audit plans, report findings to senior management, and help integrate AI into audit practices while managing and mentoring the audit team.

Lead analysis of customer, digital, and transportation data to build targeting, pricing, and optimization models. Design and run customer analytics (price elasticity, churn, LTV, segmentation), mentor junior data scientists, lead stakeholder projects, and support data storage planning and cross-department representation to drive actionable, data-driven business decisions.

Handle inbound customer calls to resolve delinquent accounts, negotiate repayment arrangements, collect payments, document activities, resolve escalations, meet KPIs, liaise with financial institutions, and support process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and strong customer service.

Analyze customer, digital and transportation datasets to generate insights and segments, build dashboards and geospatial analyses, mentor junior analysts, support advanced modeling and A/B testing, run trainings, and present actionable findings to stakeholders.

Lead the enterprise customer experience strategy, governance, and measurement. Drive journey mapping, customer insights, digital/AI-enabled transformation, and cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and improve satisfaction. Build and coach a high-performing CX team and deliver executive reporting and change management.

Lead customer operations to improve service delivery and customer experience across phone, web, and app channels. Drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs and initiatives, coach direct reports, support change management, and partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and workforce performance.

Lead development and execution of pricing and revenue management strategies, design pricing pilots, analyze customer and external data, collaborate on elasticity and forecasting models, implement pricing system improvements, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to optimize long-term revenue.

Use customer, digital, and transportation data to build targeting, propensity, pricing, loyalty, and churn models; run experiments (A/B), optimize promotions and pricing, present insights to stakeholders, manage data structures in Databricks/AWS, and lead project work with business partners to drive data-driven decisions.
