Manages daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound material movement, inventory records, stock reconciliation, loading and unloading, storage, dispatch coordination, cycle counts, reporting, documentation, safety compliance, and operational issue resolution. Coordinates with transporters, vendors, clients, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient and accurate warehouse functioning.

Supervise the Operation Excellence team and coordinate daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include developing process-improvement strategies, monitoring performance metrics, providing employee feedback, ensuring policy compliance, and identifying and implementing operational improvements.

Coordinates export pre-shipment activities, including shipment planning, scheduling, export documentation, regulatory compliance, customs broker and transporter coordination, and issue resolution. Partners with marketing, warehouse, logistics, CHA, and ODEX stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of goods.
