Manage international and domestic freight routing, shipment tracking, logistics system updates, documentation, claims, customs coordination, freight payments, and supplier performance. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, logistics providers, brokers, customs teams, and customers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective transportation. Support logistics quality improvements, system and carrier initiatives, freight audit training, reporting, compliance, metric reviews, and continuous operational improvement.

Own the agentic AI product line for a supply chain AI SaaS startup, leading product definition, development, launch, and iteration. Build and ship working AI agents, design reliable agent systems, write effective prompts, and manage human-in-the-loop workflows. Partner directly with enterprise buyers, understand supply chain users, move quickly in a small autonomous team, and connect product decisions to revenue.

Own backend feature delivery across design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Build Java and Spring Boot microservices, optimize relational and NoSQL databases, implement event-driven integrations, and improve system resilience, scalability, and availability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to CI/CD, observability, distributed tracing, failover strategies, and production troubleshooting.
