Develop and maintain C#/.NET Core applications using Visual Studio, SQL, and MVC/MVVM patterns. Work independently to design and implement features for public safety, military, and first-responder systems (including HoloLens and drone-related projects). Collaborate with the team, learn new technologies, and contribute ideas to product development.

Lead and train a support and software testing team to ensure timely resolution of client issues for a SaaS product. Develop and maintain knowledge base and support procedures, analyze support metrics, collaborate with product and QA, and continuously update product knowledge.

Manage office operations and vendor/tenant relationships while performing bookkeeping in QuickBooks for multiple companies: invoicing, collections, deposits, vendor payments, assisted payroll, 401(k) administration, HR support, and general administrative tasks.
