Manage end-to-end enterprise client onboarding, including WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, API and CRM integrations, and WhatsApp campaign sendouts. Provide multi-channel technical customer support for WhatsApp Business API users: troubleshoot API/webhook issues, collaborate with L2 and onboarding teams, liaise with WhatsApp/Meta, and guide partners through the WhatsApp Business ecosystem.

Operate and improve production infrastructure on GCP/GKE using IaC and GitOps. Manage stateful workloads, scaling, failover, and zero-downtime migrations. Debug distributed systems, enforce security and secrets hygiene, write infrastructure code (Python/Go/Bash), and document diagnoses and runbooks.
