Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Support teams, serve as the primary enterprise client contact, manage escalations, track timelines and KPIs, maintain documentation, and improve onboarding and campaign playbooks.

Provide multi-channel technical customer support for WhatsApp Business API users: troubleshoot API/webhook issues, collaborate with L2 and onboarding teams, liaise with WhatsApp/Meta, and guide partners through the WhatsApp Business ecosystem.
