Manage end-to-end enterprise client onboarding, including WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, API and CRM integrations, and WhatsApp campaign sendouts. Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Support teams, serve as the primary enterprise client contact, manage escalations, track timelines and KPIs, maintain documentation, and improve onboarding and campaign playbooks.

Provide technical support for WhatsApp API issues, collaborate with teams, guide clients, and troubleshoot problems across multiple communication channels.

Lead strategy and execution to turn WhatsApp into a measurable performance channel for agencies and enterprise clients. Analyze campaigns and customer journeys, build measurement frameworks, define KPIs and attribution, run executive reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, scale playbooks, and educate clients on performance messaging and emerging messaging/AI trends.
