Founded by Shahzad Safri, 360 Automation AI is a Kansas City headquartered AI consultancy serving businesses between 5 to 500 employees. While most providers pick a side, we work on optimizing both internal operations of a business and the external visibility in AI search results. On the operations side, with our ADAPT methodology we automate workflows across the software businesses already run, connect those systems so information moves without anyone retyping it, and build the business context layer that lets AI tools work from real data instead of generic training. On top of that we deploy managed AI agents, named and job-described, that own recurring work rather than assisting with it. On the visibility side, we optimize how your business appears to AI search. When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or Google AI Overviews for a recommendation in your category, we work to make sure your business is found and cited correctly. Scoping starts from competitive position, and ROI-first rather than from a tool list. We classify how a business actually competes, using the framework taught in the MIT Sloan executive program Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, completed by our founder. If a piece of work cannot be traced to a business cost, a competitive reason and a return, it does not go on the roadmap. We are Kansas City based and serve the metro on both sides of the state line, including Overland Park, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Liberty and Independence.
