Qualify inbound leads, engage prospective and returning clients, explain custom window treatment products, and schedule in-home or virtual design consultations. Leads the strategy, roadmap, governance, and evolution of Salesforce and commercial technology platforms. Manages the Sales Technology team, oversees integrations, automation, AI, reporting, CRM enhancements, and digital solutions, and partners with executives across business functions. Owns reporting architecture, dashboards, vendor relationships, platform releases, change management, user adoption, and cross-functional technology initiatives that improve sales productivity and customer experience.

Leads strategy, governance, roadmap, and continuous improvement for Salesforce and commercial technology platforms. Manages the Sales Technology team, partners with executive and cross-functional leaders, and oversees CRM enhancements, integrations, automation, AI, CPQ, reporting, analytics, and digital solutions. Owns Salesforce governance, releases, vendor relationships, change management, user adoption, and reporting architecture across Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and related tools. Translates business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve sales productivity, customer experience, and business growth.

Own the revenue management agenda for the Shop-at-Home business by analyzing pricing, discounts, product mix, conversion, customer behavior, and commercial performance. Develop recommendations to improve revenue, profitability, and customer experience; partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance; provide actionable insights to senior leaders; and manage commercial reporting, dashboards, and automated analyses.
