Collects, cleans, validates, and analyzes government and industry data. Develops recurring reports, dashboards, visualizations, briefing materials, and analytical summaries. Maintains databases and data documentation, supports data quality and governance, responds to data requests, and coordinates with government personnel on reporting priorities.

Leads federal payment integrity and financial management contract delivery as the primary client contact. Oversees staffing, schedules, deliverables, quality, risks, communications, contract administration, and four integrated workstreams. Manages functional leads, resource planning, surge support, stakeholder engagement, executive briefings, succession planning, transition activities, and final deliverable reviews. Requires extensive federal financial management experience, payment integrity knowledge, PMP certification, and executive-level communication skills.

Perform federal accounting functions including accounts payable, interagency and travel payments, obligations recording and reconciliations, grant and payroll tax support, audit/internal control support, procedure maintenance, and Oracle-based financial system reporting while ensuring federal compliance and stakeholder support.

Provides expert business analysis and facilitation for a federal immigration program. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, Agile governance, change management, organizational impact assessment, stakeholder coordination, UAT, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. The role translates business and policy needs into technical solutions, maintains governance and project artifacts, supports workforce training, and reports implementation metrics and lessons learned.

Leads financial management, staffing, governance, and execution for a complex federal immigration program. Coordinates USCIS, DHS, and partner agencies; manages technical teams, risks, KPIs, reporting, Agile implementation, change management, technology assessments, testing, deployment, and process improvement. Serves as the primary contractor interface with the customer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and Contracting Officer while ensuring requirements, schedules, resources, and performance objectives are met.

Provide senior accounting and controls consulting to federal clients: lead/manage FMFIA, A-123, audit readiness, and FFMIA projects; produce clear deliverables with recommendations; apply data analytics and AI to improve internal controls.
