Manages organic social channels and online communities for PGA TOUR 2K. Develops channel strategies, creates and publishes engaging content, oversees content calendars, collaborates with creative, product, partnerships, and customer service teams, and promotes game features and events. Uses social listening and analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategy. Responds to community feedback, manages escalations, and ensures content aligns with brand priorities and licensed partnerships.

Lead a distributed infrastructure, network, and cloud engineering organization across hybrid datacenter and public-cloud environments. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, capacity planning, on-call and incident operations, infrastructure standards, cloud spend and datacenter capacity management, vendor relationships, launch readiness, and executive communication. This is a leadership-focused role requiring deep infrastructure experience and accountability for production systems.
