Teams at 24 Hour Fitness

Sells gym memberships, fitness services, and retail products while delivering excellent guest and member experiences. Conducts facility tours, enrolls and onboards members, generates and follows up on leads, schedules appointments, promotes campaigns, and meets sales and productivity goals. Supports member retention by building relationships, answering questions, promoting fitness offerings, and coordinating with club staff. Requires computer and POS proficiency, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification within 60 days.

Welcomes prospective and new members, builds relationships, answers questions, resolves concerns, and recommends fitness solutions. Provides sales and service support, facilitates member onboarding, greets and checks in visitors, maintains a clean and safe gym environment, and helps members connect with fitness offerings. The role requires flexible full-time availability and may involve limited travel for training and lead generation.

Leads daily fitness club operations as Manager on Duty, directing team members, maintaining cleanliness and safety, resolving member issues, supporting retention and revenue growth, monitoring feedback and performance reporting, managing inventory, and coordinating facility maintenance. The role also assists with scheduling, timekeeping, coaching, training, and enforcing operational standards in a high-traffic club environment.
