Lead cross-functional airline projects from initiation through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while maintaining PMO governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Manage engine, APU, and landing gear maintenance programs: coordinate vendors, control work scopes, manage spares and warranty claims, evaluate service bulletins/ADs, run engine condition trend monitoring, provide technical support, and produce utilization reports.

Build and maintain Microsoft Power Platform automations and basic Power Apps; integrate AI tools; create Power BI reports; document processes; train and support users; troubleshoot and improve workflows to increase operational efficiency.

Hands-on Cybersecurity Lead responsible for monitoring and securing network, server, and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS). Lead incident response, vulnerability management, third-party testing, endpoint protection, and security governance. Drive security projects, compliance (NIST/CIS/ISO), user awareness, and roadmap items such as SIEM implementation.

Develop, revise, and maintain company manuals, forms, and technical documentation compliant with FAA regulations and 21 Air standards. Write internal procedures, manage revision projects, maintain a terminology library, ensure style continuity, work independently on complex documentation tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Technical Publications department.

Monitor and track active flights with System Operations Control, ensure FAA Part 121 compliance, review weather/NOTAMs/CFPs and aircraft performance, verify MEL/CDL resolution, coordinate with flight crews, maintenance, ATC and other departments, issue operational updates, log data, conduct shift turnovers, and arrange crew travel and ground services.

Analyze aircraft maintenance data to identify root causes, support maintenance task optimization, compile reports and presentations, and liaise with vendors. Maintain aircraft reliability and safety levels, provide technical analysis and statistical evaluation, and travel to vendor repair stations as needed to improve component testing and repair methods.
