Oversee safe, legal, and efficient aircraft cargo loading/unloading. Ensure compliance with FAA/IATA/49 CFR, prepare weight-and-balance documentation, supervise cargo systems and crews, perform FOD checks, manage HAZMAT documentation, liaise with customers/vendors, and support flight operations per company procedures.

Lead cross-functional airline projects from initiation through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while maintaining PMO governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Manage engine, APU, and landing gear maintenance programs: coordinate vendors, control work scopes, manage spares and warranty claims, evaluate service bulletins/ADs, run engine condition trend monitoring, provide technical support, and produce utilization reports.
