Supervises community banking office operations, customer relationship development, business development, and team performance. Acts as branch leader when needed, coaches employees, supports deposit and loan growth, manages customer service, monitors operational and compliance requirements, analyzes branch performance, and develops strategies to improve results. The role also performs account servicing, loan preparation, customer outreach, community networking, and fraud prevention activities.

Acts as branch leader in the PBO’s absence, monitors compliance and operational risks, coaches employees, analyzes performance results, and develops future leaders. Requires consumer loan experience, retail banking expertise, and prior leadership or coaching experience.

Support commercial lending team with loan relationship management and new opportunities; prepare and maintain loan and credit files; handle customer service inquiries; coordinate document collection, loan closings, compliance reporting, and account maintenance; assist loan officers and ensure accuracy of loan packages and records.
