Manage the bank’s third-party risk program, including vendor onboarding, inherent risk assessments, due diligence, contract safeguards, periodic reviews, financial monitoring, issue remediation, fourth-party risk, and secure offboarding. Lead disruption and business continuity exercises, maintain regulatory alignment, prepare executive reporting, and serve as the liaison for auditors and examiners. Evaluate SOC reports, information security controls, financial statements, and vendor contracts while coordinating remediation with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Supervises community banking office operations, customer relationship development, business development, and team performance. Acts as branch leader when needed, coaches employees, supports deposit and loan growth, manages customer service, monitors operational and compliance requirements, analyzes branch performance, and develops strategies to improve results. The role also performs account servicing, loan preparation, customer outreach, community networking, and fraud prevention activities.

Support commercial lending team with loan relationship management and new opportunities; prepare and maintain loan and credit files; handle customer service inquiries; coordinate document collection, loan closings, compliance reporting, and account maintenance; assist loan officers and ensure accuracy of loan packages and records.
