Owns territory planning, pipeline generation, executive engagement, complex six- and seven-figure sales cycles, partner-assisted selling, forecasting, and contract execution. Sells identity verification and passwordless authentication solutions to CISO, CIO, procurement, and identity leaders. Collaborates with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive new logos, expansions, proof-of-concepts, and customer outcomes.

Leads enterprise and public-sector deployments of passwordless authentication and identity verification solutions. Designs SSO and federation integrations, configures identity providers, implements FIDO2 and WebAuthn architectures, and integrates enterprise infrastructure. Develops automation using Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript, troubleshoots authentication issues, manages complex customer rollouts, advises customer teams, and supports escalated production environments.

Provides technical pre-sales expertise for public-sector and federal customers. Responsibilities include solution demonstrations, technical presentations, RFP responses, proof-of-concept planning, customer integrations, solution architecture, implementation handoffs, and technical discovery. The role supports complex sales opportunities, collaborates with security and procurement stakeholders, provides product feedback, leads implementation activities, and mentors other solutions engineers.

Conduct technical research for identity-verification products by evaluating providers, data sources, APIs, SDKs, regulatory constraints, and operational requirements. Build lightweight prototypes, test integrations, monitor market and identity-document changes, automate research workflows, and create evidence-based vendor recommendations. Present findings to Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance while maintaining reusable research documentation and scorecards.

Own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, customer evidence, vertical narratives, partner go-to-market, campaigns, packaging, and launch readiness for an enterprise identity-security company. Translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-focused stories and field assets, support strategic enterprise deals, build proof libraries, and use market and seller feedback to improve commercial outcomes.

Build and lead 1Kosmos’ North American enterprise sales organization, owning revenue strategy, pipeline, forecasting, strategic accounts, team hiring, coaching, and go-to-market execution. Develop enterprise relationships with security and technology executives, close complex SaaS transactions, establish sales processes and operating rhythms, and align Sales with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and partners.

Leads 1Kosmos’ UKI commercial strategy and revenue growth, building enterprise and partner-led sales channels across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategy, managing pipeline and forecasts, closing complex SaaS transactions, cultivating executive relationships, recruiting and enabling partners, and coordinating with marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and product teams to drive predictable ARR growth.

Lead end-to-end deployments of 1Kosmos passwordless authentication and identity verification across enterprise customers. Conduct discovery and design sessions, implement SSO/federation integrations, deploy passwordless (FIDO2/WebAuthn/Passkeys), integrate with AD/LDAP/IDPs and infrastructure, create automation and API integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Design, develop, and execute test plans and automated tests (including API and performance). Identify and track defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain CI/CD test automation, and use AI tools to support test strategy and automation.

Lead R&D efforts to discover, prototype, and de-risk technologies across backend, web, mobile, cloud, and emerging platforms. Drive PoCs, define handoff models to product engineering, influence architecture and platform strategy, and ensure security and compliance of research outcomes.

The AI / Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy ML models for image classification, fraud detection, and data pipelines, while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Lead and hands-on manage a mid-sized engineering team building cloud-agnostic microservices and agentic systems. Own existing architecture, optimize agent workflows (AWS Bedrock/Python/Node), ensure performance, resilience, and enterprise security, and drive reliable, zero-downtime delivery in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
