Owns day-to-day operations of a multi-database production estate, including upgrades, migrations, query tuning, backups, restores, failover, access management, monitoring, incident response, and customer data requests. The role automates DBA workflows with Python or Bash, supports Redshift reporting over Iceberg tables on S3, maintains audit readiness, and participates in on-call operations while collaborating with development, ML, DevSecOps, and customer teams.

Lead and mentor a mid-sized engineering team while remaining hands-on with software architecture, coding, infrastructure, agentic systems, performance, security, and reliable zero-downtime delivery. Own and evolve inherited microservices architecture, build autonomous agent workflows using AWS Bedrock, Python, and Node.js, and partner cross-functionally to drive execution in a cloud-agnostic environment.

Leads strategic enterprise sales across assigned verticals and the South Central U.S. territory. Owns territory planning, pipeline generation, executive stakeholder engagement, complex six- and seven-figure sales cycles, partner-assisted selling, forecasting, and contract execution. Works with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success to support identity verification and passwordless authentication opportunities. Requires extensive enterprise software sales experience, C-suite presence, and familiarity with security, procurement, legal, and compliance buying processes.
