Lead and optimize fulfillment center operations, manage and develop operations teams, drive productivity and quality through data-driven improvements, SOP ownership, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Track KPIs, eliminate bottlenecks, implement process improvements and automation, and report performance to senior leadership.

Lead and oversee outbound warehouse operations including fulfillment, shipping, loading, and carrier coordination. Develop and enforce SOPs, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, resolve real-time flow disruptions, and manage supervisors and frontline staff. Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize outbound scheduling and capacity.

Support full-cycle HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll/HRIS support, compliance (FMLA, COBRA, state leave), employee relations, data reporting, and office management to foster positive company culture.

In-house video editor who shoots and edits DIY auto repair videos for YouTube, collaborates with technicians, manages production equipment, performs postproduction in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, handles multiple codecs and tight deadlines, and coordinates across the organization.
