Supports HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, benefits administration, payroll support, HRIS management, offboarding, reporting, training, and employee engagement. Advises leadership on employment laws and HR matters while maintaining confidential records and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Collects unsolicited applications for the employer's talent pool for review against current and future openings. Applicants are asked to complete the application to be considered and to check posted openings and submit formal applications for specific roles when available.

Lead and oversee outbound warehouse operations including fulfillment, shipping, loading, and carrier coordination. Develop and enforce SOPs, track KPIs, drive continuous improvement, resolve real-time flow disruptions, and manage supervisors and frontline staff. Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize outbound scheduling and capacity.
