Provides general labor support for oilfield operations, including transporting, loading, and unloading equipment and materials; preparing construction sites; assembling and dismantling temporary structures; using hand and power tools; and following construction plans. Participates in safety meetings and JSA processes while working outdoors in extreme conditions. Requires at least one year of oilfield experience, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, familiarity with oilfield machinery, and a strong safety mindset.

Conducts field safety evaluations, audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations across worksites. The coordinator supports OSHA and company HSE compliance, documents violations, manages PPE inventory, delivers new-hire orientations and safety training, and promotes safe work practices. The role requires substantial field driving and outdoor work, rotating on-call incident response, frequent travel, and collaboration with management in an oil and gas environment.

Plans and maintains project and operational schedules, forecasts workforce and resource needs, monitors costs and performance, and develops dashboards and KPI reports. Partners with operations and project leadership to identify schedule, cost, and resource risks, support execution plans, standardize project-controls practices, and improve operational performance. The role also coordinates planning across multiple service areas and may travel to project sites, fabrication facilities, and customer locations.

Leads company-wide projects and technical services, overseeing engineering, construction, fabrication, quality, commissioning, project execution, budgets, schedules, resources, compliance, and continuous improvement. Provides technical leadership, supports proposals and business development, resolves escalated issues, coordinates cross-functional operations, and develops technical teams. The role promotes safety, quality, accountability, and profitable project delivery while traveling to company locations, project sites, fabrication facilities, and customer locations as needed.
