Processes customer invoices and billing statements, reviews billing data for accuracy, resolves discrepancies, maintains billing records, supports reconciliations and audits, and assists with accounts receivable reporting and process improvements. The role requires strong organizational, communication, accounting, data entry, and attention-to-detail skills, along with English/Spanish bilingual proficiency.

Leads company-wide projects and technical services, overseeing engineering, construction, fabrication, quality, commissioning, project execution, budgets, schedules, resources, compliance, and continuous improvement. Provides technical leadership, supports proposals and business development, resolves escalated issues, coordinates cross-functional operations, and develops technical teams. The role promotes safety, quality, accountability, and profitable project delivery while traveling to company locations, project sites, fabrication facilities, and customer locations as needed.
