The intern researches startups, evaluates industries and business models, organizes investment data, prepares materials, assists with events, and collaborates with founders, investors, and the investment team.

Lead compliance, regulatory oversight, fund and SPV governance, KYC/AML and sanctions diligence, contract management, policy development, employee training, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and service-provider oversight for a venture capital firm. Partner with senior leadership, General Counsel, investment professionals, external counsel, fund administrators, and other stakeholders to translate securities-law requirements into practical controls and scalable business processes.
