Lead and oversee childcare for infants through 5th grade during events, manage staff scheduling and timecards, ensure proper staff-to-child ratios, maintain safe and clean environments, coordinate supplies and curriculum, screen and onboard workers, communicate with campus staff, and attend meetings.

Own the church's social voice and community: respond to comments and messages, build relationships, create platform-native content (graphics, short-form video, copy), capture and repurpose service moments, and collaborate with marketing and ministry teams to grow audience and track performance.

Provide administrative and organizational support to three lead supervisors: manage communications, calendars, meeting logistics (onsite/offsite), budget tracking and invoice coding, maintain staff lists and team channels, handle team inbox and travel/calendar details, coordinate IT/production/hospitality for events, and perform day-to-day administrative tasks with discretion.

The 12Stone® Church Residency Program offers hands-on ministry experience with coaching in leadership and spiritual growth, functioning part-time in various ministry areas for two years.

The childcare worker provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 5th grade at events, ensuring safety, hygiene, and promoting good behavior, while engaging in activities with them.
