Creates, captures, edits, and publishes photo and video content for church services, events, ministries, and digital channels. Manages social media schedules and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube; tracks performance metrics; develops storyboards and campaign concepts; maintains media libraries and brand standards; and collaborates with marketing, ministry, and leadership teams.

Plan, coordinate, and execute churchwide and global events; develop timelines, budgets, and logistics; recruit and lead volunteer teams; manage facilities, vendors, and event promotion; ensure events align with church mission.

The 12Stone® Church Residency Program offers hands-on ministry experience with coaching in leadership and spiritual growth, functioning part-time in various ministry areas for two years.
