Plan, coordinate, and execute churchwide and global events; develop timelines, budgets, and logistics; recruit and lead volunteer teams; manage facilities, vendors, and event promotion; ensure events align with church mission.

Leads worship programming and services, directs rehearsals, recruits and develops volunteer worship and production teams, manages scheduling and Planning Center, supports student ministry worship, and assists the Campus Pastor with pastoral ministry and campus leadership.

The childcare worker provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 5th grade at events, ensuring safety, hygiene, and promoting good behavior, while engaging in activities with them.
