Lead and oversee childcare for infants through 5th grade during events, manage staff scheduling and timecards, ensure proper staff-to-child ratios, maintain safe and clean environments, coordinate supplies and curriculum, screen and onboard workers, communicate with campus staff, and attend meetings.

Plan, coordinate, and execute churchwide and global events; develop timelines, budgets, and logistics; recruit and lead volunteer teams; manage facilities, vendors, and event promotion; ensure events align with church mission.

Own the church's social voice and community: respond to comments and messages, build relationships, create platform-native content (graphics, short-form video, copy), capture and repurpose service moments, and collaborate with marketing and ministry teams to grow audience and track performance.
