Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. Build candidate pipelines through job boards, outbound sourcing, and referrals; partner with hiring managers on requirements and interview decisions; coordinate a positive candidate experience; maintain accurate ATS records; support job description and interview material development; and balance multiple open roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Maintains general ledger accounts, reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset schedules, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and monthly close activities across multiple legal entities. Reviews financial results, performs variance analysis, supports reporting, tax filings, and audits, and resolves accounting issues under US GAAP and internal controls. The role also identifies process improvements and collaborates with departments to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Owns the operational software platform supporting pharmacy fulfillment, test-kit registration, lab results, subscriptions, telehealth, and internal clinical and customer-experience tools. Translates manual processes into documented, instrumented systems; writes technical specifications; manages third-party integrations; tests end-to-end workflows; applies AI safely in regulated healthcare contexts; ensures compliance; and reports operational KPIs.

Own end-to-end solution and product architecture across web, cloud, mobile, integrations, and data platforms. Translate business intent into precise specifications, build reference implementations and high-risk vertical slices, and maintain the technology roadmap. Design scalable APIs, microservices, and partner integrations while applying DevOps, security, HIPAA compliance, and data protection practices. Build and evaluate AI-powered features, including agentic workflows, RAG, tool use, and MCP integrations, using AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.

Owns sales operations infrastructure, analytics, CRM administration, forecasting, process optimization, reporting, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role manages HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, lead routing, dashboards, data governance, sales performance measurement, incentive reporting, onboarding materials, quality audits, and process improvements. It partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Technology, and leadership to improve productivity, pipeline performance, customer handoffs, revenue growth, and operational consistency.
