Owns the operational software platform supporting pharmacy fulfillment, test-kit registration, lab results, subscriptions, telehealth, and internal clinical and customer-experience tools. Translates manual processes into documented, instrumented systems; writes technical specifications; manages third-party integrations; tests end-to-end workflows; applies AI safely in regulated healthcare contexts; ensures compliance; and reports operational KPIs.

Own end-to-end solution and product architecture across web, cloud, mobile, integrations, and data platforms. Translate business intent into precise specifications, build reference implementations and high-risk vertical slices, and maintain the technology roadmap. Design scalable APIs, microservices, and partner integrations while applying DevOps, security, HIPAA compliance, and data protection practices. Build and evaluate AI-powered features, including agentic workflows, RAG, tool use, and MCP integrations, using AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.

Owns sales operations infrastructure, analytics, CRM administration, forecasting, process optimization, reporting, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role manages HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, lead routing, dashboards, data governance, sales performance measurement, incentive reporting, onboarding materials, quality audits, and process improvements. It partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Technology, and leadership to improve productivity, pipeline performance, customer handoffs, revenue growth, and operational consistency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. Source and build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, and ensure a consistent positive candidate experience from outreach through offer.

Manage end-to-end patient appointment scheduling for a national telehealth platform: book and document appointments, perform outreach and reminders, recover missed visits, resolve attendance barriers, maintain HIPAA-compliant records in Salesforce/EMR, and track scheduling metrics for operational improvement.

Lead and scale the company's digital commerce channels (Shopify storefront, marketplaces, subscriptions) to drive revenue growth. Own conversion, AOV, RPV, subscription growth, and Amazon P&L; optimize site experience, run A/B testing, manage tech stack and analytics, and build a high-performing eCommerce team.
