Owns sales operations infrastructure, analytics, CRM administration, forecasting, process optimization, reporting, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role manages HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, lead routing, dashboards, data governance, sales performance measurement, incentive reporting, onboarding materials, quality audits, and process improvements. It partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Technology, and leadership to improve productivity, pipeline performance, customer handoffs, revenue growth, and operational consistency.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. Source and build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, and ensure a consistent positive candidate experience from outreach through offer.

Manage the relationship between internal escalation team and outsourced Tier 1 contact center. Own content, processes, and KPIs; build dashboards, run analyses, drive QA and escalations, and implement process improvements to optimize contact center performance.

Manage end-to-end patient appointment scheduling for a national telehealth platform: book and document appointments, perform outreach and reminders, recover missed visits, resolve attendance barriers, maintain HIPAA-compliant records in Salesforce/EMR, and track scheduling metrics for operational improvement.

Lead escalated helpdesk support, administer Jira Service Management, manage vendor relationships, drive ticket taxonomy and automation, mentor Tier 1 staff, enforce SLAs, maintain documentation, ensure data security and QA, and deliver reporting and root-cause fixes to improve user experience.

Analyze inventory trends, maintain supply chain dashboards and KPIs, support forecasting and procurement, monitor vendor performance, perform root-cause analysis, recommend process improvements, and maintain accurate inventory data across systems.

Lead and scale the company's digital commerce channels (Shopify storefront, marketplaces, subscriptions) to drive revenue growth. Own conversion, AOV, RPV, subscription growth, and Amazon P&L; optimize site experience, run A/B testing, manage tech stack and analytics, and build a high-performing eCommerce team.

Design on-brand digital and print assets (social, web, email, ads, collateral), optimize layouts for usability and conversion, collaborate with marketing/product/content teams, maintain brand consistency, and iterate quickly using industry-standard tools and production-ready file handling.
