It also requires understanding client businesses, identifying process inefficiencies, applying domain expertise, framing opportunities, evaluating emerging technologies and market changes, and presenting data-driven, value-focused solutions using mandatory AI tools.

Own HR operations for Chennai and Madurai offices, including onboarding, HRIS/HRMS data accuracy, employee documentation, grievance resolution, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, engagement, performance-cycle support, and attrition analysis. Support recruitment through campus hiring and college partnerships. The role requires HR operations experience, HRIS knowledge, labor-law awareness, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
