Seasonal pear packing role with a required 4-day training program to learn pear grading and packing configurations. Temporary HR Compliance Assistant to manage onboarding during peak hiring: conduct virtual Form I-9 appointments, review eligibility documents, support background screening, respond to onboarding inquiries, manage appointments and cases, maintain confidentiality, and provide administrative HR and seasonal hiring support.

Process accurate Consumer and Corporate sales orders, communicate with order processing leadership, meet performance standards, work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends and overtime, maintain confidentiality, complete required training, and use Microsoft Word/Excel and specified home hardware/network setups.

Receive and delegate order entry work, archive completed orders, produce management reports, ensure accurate order information, train and supervise Sr. Order Entry Associates, handle confidential information, work a flexible 40-hour schedule including overtime, weekends and holidays, and use company systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Serve as a point person for shipping and manufacturing tasks: train and support staff, track and sort orders, pack and ship, maintain workstations and supplies, enforce safety and PPE protocols, report workflow and personnel issues to supervisors, and promote attendance and teamwork.
