Supports warehouse management systems, operational workflows, training, documentation, workload releases, material shipments, inventory control, replenishment, allocations, and issue resolution. Uses Oracle and Baan ERP to manage picking, shipping, and forklift workloads while communicating workflow changes to operations leadership. Performs warehouse-floor work during non-peak periods and serves as a functional systems expert for department leaders.

Monitors CCTV, access control, and dispatch operations; conducts facility patrols and safety inspections; responds to security, safety, alarm, and medical incidents; investigates and documents events; administers first aid and CPR; supports emergency preparedness; issues visitor badges; coordinates with emergency services and law enforcement; and collaborates with HR, Legal, and internal departments to enforce company safety and security procedures.

Processes Consumer and Corporate Sales Orders accurately and promptly. Communicates with order-processing leadership, asks questions, incorporates feedback, and supports multiple work areas in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, multitasking, communication, teamwork, flexible scheduling, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Employees must work 40 hours weekly, overtime as needed, and evening or weekend shifts. Classroom training and performance standards must be successfully completed.
