Unifize is a Quality Management Software that helps life science and manufacturing companies bring compliant products to life faster. Existing PLM/QMS software solutions are typically built for compliance and not speed. They focus on entirely data capture and control, leaving quality, product/engineering, ops, purchasing, and other teams to collaborate on email, phone calls, meetings, and via tools like Teams and Slack. But when you separate where teams collaborate from where quality processes & documents are managed, these companies end up: - Wasting time and making mistakes as things fall between the cracks - Being unable to get real-time traceability on decisions and actions - Struggling to drive accountability across teams inside/outside quality Ultimately, the quality department just becomes a clerical, form-filling non-function that spends its whole time following up with other teams. By bringing collaboration, processes, and documents into one place, Unifize streamlines how information flows through quality processes and builds engagement in quality across the whole organization. Furthermore, our no-code platform allows quality teams to build and configure their organization's processes & workflows, or use our template library of pre-validated processes. Hear now. And always As the global leader in implantable hearing solutions, at Cochlear (ASX: COH) we are committed to our mission to help people hear and be heard. Our story started more than four decades ago when Professor Graeme Clark pioneered the world's first multi-channel cochlear implant and created an entirely new treatment for hearing loss. Since our formation in 1981, we continue Professor Clark’s work to help people with moderate to profound hearing loss experience a life full of hearing. We have provided more than 650,000 implantable devices. Each recipient helps form a global community of millions, through families, friends, colleagues, teachers and more. And they’re not just connected to their own community — each shares a link with each other and to Professor Clark’s childhood desire to help people hear. We aim to give people the best lifelong hearing experience and access to innovative future technologies. We understand the privilege of connecting people to a life lived with hearing. And we listen, respond and move with the times – to continue to bring hearing within reach of all those who need it. That's how we live our mission every day. Our global workforce of more than 4,000 people shares a collective determination to give more people the opportunity to enjoy a life of hearing. Avive dares to imagine a world where a culture of response becomes the norm, and no witnessed Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) goes untreated. We are a Bay Area MedTech company developing lifesaving solutions designed to empower everyday people to do extraordinary things. Our new Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and response system are designed to offer advanced and user-friendly features in a compact, intuitive, more affordable, and connected device. Avive seeks to save lives by making owning, using and managing AEDs simple. Despite tackling a massive and complex public health issue, which has had the same dismal survival rate of 10% for decades, Avive does so with optimism and fervor. Fueled by the words and experiences of those whose lives have been impacted or lost to SCA, the Avive team has simply refused to accept the status quo, working relentlessly to move the needle on survival rates. Rory Beyer, Moseley Andrews, and Sameer Jafri came together with a seemingly simple idea – that anyone can and should be able to positively impact the outcome of a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) rescue. Drawn together by their complementary skills and background, they met at a conference focused on SCA prevention and quickly came to share a vision for the profound impact that a more effective solution could have on thousands of families every year. With Rory and Moseley’s technical expertise and a novel AED concept they had developed at MIT, combined with Sameer’s experience in SCA prevention through his non-profit organization – Saving Hearts Foundation, the three co-founded Avive in 2017. Our story is just beginning, and we hope you’ll come write it with us. https://youtu.be/XUiwcB_9bzw We are actively hiring, see how you can contribute at https://avive.life/careers/
