Purva Bangad is a senior data scientist at Meijer and an AI technologist and data science leader with more than 10 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies, startups and entrepreneurial ventures. She specializes in generative AI, machine learning, NLP and enterprise analytics, with experience leading AI initiatives at Fidelity Investments, Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and Meijer. She earned her master’s degree in information systems and decision science from California State University, Fullerton, and her bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Pune and is pursuing her MBA.
