How Nvidia Is Financing the AI Boom

But if it falls, both parties face losses. Additionally, if the buyer’s repayment behavior begins to drift, the seller is on the hook.

Speculative Circular Financing

Financing makes the transaction possible, and Nvidia gets revenue today. The startup’s future AI revenue is uncertain, however, and repayment depends on its success.
