Warner Bros. Discovery’s new offices in Mexico City offer more than just a visual nod to iconic franchises like Friends and Harry Potter. While employees and visitors can enjoy a coffee at a replica of Central Perk or stumble upon Platform 9 3/4, the space has a deeper purpose: it serves as a critical operations center.

The Mexico Capability Center is designed to provide the solutions and services that enable the Warner Bros. Discovery team to act quickly, deliver impactful results and shape the future of the media and entertainment industry.

How do you build team culture at Warner Bros. Discovery?

We cultivate an inclusive team culture that values every voice, regardless of hierarchy. Discovery, the absence of rigid hierarchies fosters open communication, mutual respect and a shared commitment to achieving exceptional results with speed.

Warner Bros. Discovery’s Guiding Principles

#OneTeam is part of Warner Bros. Discovery’s set of guiding principles. Those principles include:

How do you help your team grow their careers? What tools and support do you offer to allow them to stretch their skills?

Professional growth is a priority, and I am committed to helping each team member reach their full potential. This begins with regular and constructive feedback, tailored to individual goals. We also offer empowerment opportunities through challenging projects, continuous mentorship and a supportive environment that allows people to step out of their comfort zone without the fear of failure. This combination of guidance and autonomy helps our team develop new skills, expand their expertise and gain confidence in their roles.

I believe that the integration of technology and collaboration across borders will continue to shape the future of our industry. I’m passionate about leveraging these tools to create an inclusive, high-performing environment where teams are empowered to innovate and generate real impact on a global scale.
