When the team at Fulcrum GT rolled out the red carpet for a new platform called RAPIDx, the moment was especially significant for two reasons.
One: The platform, a legal services procurement and payment tool, was created to address a need amongst clients that Fulcrum GT was aptly able to see, thanks to the team’s unique collective skill set in the legal and software industries.They saw that law firms needed better visibility into data from outside counsels, and thus the creation of RAPIDx was set in motion.
Two: The team’s unique set of skills discovered the need, but it was the company’s mission-driven culture — one built on diversity, open communication and customer advocacy — that made the development process a perfect example of how Fulcrum GT chooses to operate.
“It was the result of tireless collaboration among teams spread across multiple offices worldwide,” said Minela Halilovic, human resources manager at Fulcrum GT. “Engineers, data analysts, legal experts and project managers from diverse backgrounds came together to shape RAPIDx into a revolutionary platform.”

As manager of human resources, I oversee the HR department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. I lead HR initiatives, managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management and compliance with labor laws. As HR manager, I act as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture.
