These DFW startups raised the most money in 2021. While the number of unicorn startups in Dallas is limited, many startups have raised significant amounts of funding in 2021. This includes Finland- and Plano-based M-Files, Envy Gaming and Caris Life Sciences, to name a few. Caris Life Sciences is DFW’s only tech company to reach a $1 million valuation this year.
