Datawrkz, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has recently acquired a majority stake in Space & Time, a growth marketing agency based in the United Kingdom, for about $6.2 million in cash and stock. This move is part of Datawrkz’s strategy to accelerate its expansion in Europe and North America. The company aims to combine its programmatic advertising technology with Space & Time’s growth marketing expertise to strengthen its global market position.
The collaboration is expected to enhance the digital advertising capabilities of both companies. Space & Time will utilize Datawrkz’s advanced technology to improve the effectiveness of its campaigns and by integrating Space & Time’s expertise, Datawrkz plans to bolster its presence in the digital advertising sector. As a result, Datawrkz hopes to deliver more effective solutions and accelerate its growth initiatives.
Datawrkz is headquartered in Austin, Texas but maintains a sizable employee presence in Bengaluru. Nazara Technologies, Datawrkz’s holding company, is based in Mumbai.
